Free shipping on US subscription orders and all orders $35 and over.

Whole Beans

We are committed to providing our customers with the freshest roasted coffee beans for your enjoyment. Due to our roasting schedule, all orders ship within two to four business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please allow extra time for shipping.

All Other Products

Orders received after 12:00 PM PST will ship the next business day. If the next business day falls on a holiday or weekend, your order will ship the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation

For large orders, shipping may be delayed by several days. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you by email.

Once shipped, delivery may take up to five business days, depending on the carrier you selected and your location (delivery times may be longer in Hawaii and Alaska). We cannot ship to APO addresses.

You will receive a confirmation email with a clickable tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
