At Csspkj Coffee, our goal is to provide our customers with a higher standard of service, delicious coffee, and the highest quality merchandise.
We strive to meet our customers' highest expectations.
If you are dissatisfied with a Csspkj Coffee product, please contact our customer service team at Support@csspkj.com within 30 days of purchase to request a return or exchange. We are committed to ensuring you have a satisfying Csspkj experience.
Please note that due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns or refunds. Our return policy applies only to merchandise.
To claim compensation, customers must meet the following requirements:
1. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
2. We are not responsible for any return packages lost or stolen in transit.
3. Please retain your proof of postage and/or return tracking number.
4. All returns must include the order packing slip.
5. Any defective, missing, or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 2 days of receipt. Please email your report to Support@csspkj.com and attach a photo showing the original packaging.
